ADMITTING PATIENTS
We admit all patients by appointment through the front desk. We ask
that pets be restrained on a leash or confined to a carrier. There are
loaner leashes kept by the front door for your convenience, and we can
usually lend you a carrier if you need one. When you check out, there
are clips located on each wall of the front desk to anchor your leash
to; cats may remain in the exam room until transactions are completed.
Please let the receptionist know if you have an emergency or any special
needs. When making an appointment or checking in let us know if you would
like to see a specific doctor, or if there are changes to your name,
address, phone number or email address. This helps us aid you with reminders
and other notices.
FEES
Our fees have a reasonable structure, and we are always happy to provide you with an estimate. We accept payment by cash, check and all major credit cards. A deposit is required for hospitalized animals. Please discuss it with the staff ahead of time if you will encounter a problem with this policy, and we will provide you with a copy of our financial policy.
We give a 10% discount to all active military.
Payment Policy:
As stated, payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as well as Care Credit. At the time of hospitalization for an illness, unless prior arrangement has been made with the attending veterinarian, a deposit will be requested. When your pet is discharged, the balance of the bill must be satisfied.Of course we realize that emergency health care can sometimes catch us unprepared. The only option we offer when the total bill cannot be paid at discharge is to apply for a medical credit card, the Care Credit card. If you are declined credit, you may discuss with the doctor or the office manager your situation and see if we can resolve your fiscal problems in another way. This would necessitate having your checkbook with you.
We hope this helps permit you to take advantage of the best medical care we can offer your family for your loved one.
